Diana Welch is a dedicated wife and mother of 3, wonderful children. She has resided in the Macarthur Region since 2009, and has been the CEO of her highly successful business, Red Dragon Alternative Medicine which is within the Campbelltown Council electorate.
Diana has built up a reputation within this amazing community as being a compassionate and trusted healer who is well known as placing the wellbeing of others foremost and is also a highly regarded member of the community. Diana’s number one priority has always been to help people.
Prior to starting her community minded business, Diana was a serving member of the NSW Police Force for over 10 years, where she has been able to bring the training and understanding of what a community needs into her practice and into the Campbelltown community she loves to help.
From working within the Police, Diana can bring her knowledge of appreciating and understanding what a successful community needs, and is looking forward to making this count as a member of Campbelltown Council
Diana loves to continue training and develop her skills, and has achieved the following qualifications;
- Bachelor of Policing Charles Sturt University
- Bachelor of Health Science (Traditional Chinese Medicine) at the University of Technology Sydney
- Spent 12 months in China studying at the Beijing Japan Friendship Hospital
- Certificate IV in Business
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Certificate 3A in Reiki Healing
Diana was born and raised in Nelson Bay with her family, moving to Sydney in 1996 and joining the NSW Police in 1999. Diana moved to the Campbelltown area in 2009 where both herself and husband bought their first house in Ruse.
Diana moved her business Red Dragon Alternative Medicine to the Campbelltown area and has successfully built her business from a single bed to a multi-room clinic over the last 12 years, whilst working as a Police Officer. She has earnt the reputation as being one of Sydney’s top fertility, IVF, pregnancy and women’s health support service, with patients travelling from all over Sydney to come to her business in Campbelltown. This makes Diana proud to have a widely successful business in Campbelltown. Diana has often been recognised in the Macarthur Small Business Awards winning Business of the Year and Business Person of the year.
Diana continues to give back to the Macarthur Community through sponsorship of football clubs and volunteer work within her community.
Diana has always been dedicated to her family, clients and community and each receive her utmost care and attention. Diana will continue to push for our community to be first and foremost for the citizens and will bring this passion and enthusiasm as a member of local council as well.
